Love the new app

I liked the last weather format for the IPad that was used. It was clearer and easier to use. I have been a 13 watcher for years but lately am turning to TV 8. I liked the channel much better before all the changes.

Love the station, love the app!

I use this site for news, so all the visuals on the home page are a waste for me & force more clicks to get to what I want. Once at the news, the app is fine.

Opening page is so void of content. Instead of just a photo in each section that doesnt tell much, some text would is needed. And you could make each section smaller to fit more information on the front page. Too much searching required.

A great local news app. Easy to find weather and closings information. Unlike some other local apps, this one doesnt try to do too much, or become too intrusive. Well done.

A great app for getting local and national news.

Since I moved back to Michigan from Texas months ago I dont yet have cable tv hooked up so getting news etc. via this app helps tremendously

Having issues with the top news category crashing the app. Please fix loved getting up to date on news stories.

Either they dont exist on this app, or the dont make them easy to find. It does post news, sports, but school and business closure is pretty important. Also clicking on an alert doesnt take one giant additional information. Sometimes if there is additional info its a video that cant load at this time.

Very frustrating. The latest update will not open. Doesnt anyone test this stuff before they release it.

The app fails to open after the last update. It takes forever during the loading stage and returns with a cannot connect to Internet error message. Even though I am connected and all my other apps work just fine. Please fix.

The latest version on iPhone keeps popping up an AT&T ad in the news story that you cant get out of. If you go back, youre back to the headlines. Thats worse than the full page ad that used to pop up - at least you could close it and get back to your story. If this one has a timeout, Im not waiting for it!

Streaming of live news is horrible and doesnt work. The overall app is much worse than other GR stations.

I think this app is great , I get all the info I need for the news aspect, and they even go as far as Big Rapids where my daughter attends school , and that helps me know whats going on in her area , news and weather wise ! Keep up the good work 13 news !!!

Chanel 13 has been my Chanel of choice for many years. When we my husband and I opted not to have cable or satellite TV I grieved over loosing TV 13. I was pleased to find that this app existed and even happier that it offered live streaming. The streaming is fine in my opinion but, I dont care for the latest version of the lay out. Not as user friendly, harder to get to the sections than it use to. I find myself not investigating all the things the app has to offer. Ive been sticking just to news and weather.

Streaming stinks! And now the news has ads sprinkled in between the news stories. Isnt it bad enough that the crap is on the bottom of the page??? Wood tv 8 here I come

This is a downgrade from last app. More advertisements and Facebook articles. The weather and closing a arent as easy. More memory space.. Cant view old articles like before. DOWNGRADE! Time to find a their competitors app. But theyre probably making money for something not as good. No thank you.

Ive had this app for awhile and since it has been changed, it has become a lot slower to load. I think the format is pretty good otherwise. Im a big fan of WZZM and I had contacted them about the problem but nothing was done.
